Danny is an award winning broker with over 18 years of experience in finance, having worked in retail, business and corporate banking. Building strong and longstanding relationships is his favourite part of his work. Danny is a problem solver who enjoys finding solutions for his clients irrespective of the complexity.

Danny has owned and operated his own businesses as well as being a CFO for a leading Australian animation company. Danny’s unique mix of experience allows him to bring more to the table to help his clients achieve their goals.

Outside of work Danny loves spending time with his lovely wife Lisa and kids Hayden and Chelsea. Danny is fitness and sports fanatic who is particularly passionate about basketball and mixed martial arts which he follows religiously. He trains and competes in both sports to stay fit and feed his competitive spirit.

Bradley’s extensive knowledge and experience in the finance sector over 32 years has seen him build longstanding relationships and achieve the desired and goals for his clientele. Seeing clientele succeed brings him great gratification which continues to motivate him to go above and beyond in everything he does.

Bradley’s career has seen him hold many senior roles in the finance sector including managing a high performing team of Business Bankers for the NAB. Most recently he held the CEO position at Gosford Quarries, a world leading Australian sandstone business. Brad was involved in leading the group’s management team while also being in charge of property investment and development ventures.

Outside of work Bradley is a devoted husband to his wife Susan and dad to his teenage boys Benjamin, Jeremy plus the other family members their British bulldogs Bentley and Abbey.

He is an avid car enthusiast, enjoying cars and coffee, coaching and watching his boys play sport, catching up with the family, watching sports F1, WRC, V8 supercars, EPL and the NRL on lazy Sundays.

Michael joins Finesse with 13 years of combined banking and law experience. His previous roles include working as a Senior Business Banker at NAB, Chairman at Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) NSW YFP Committee, and more recently as the Director Relationships at Judo Bank, cultivating a deep understanding of emerging corporate finance.

Throughout his professional journey, Michael has recognized the paramount importance of relationships in his field. He provides tailored solutions for his clients, prioritizing a strong partnership that begins with understanding their objectives rather than assessing property values.

Outside of work, Michael is blessed to have his wife Kathy and sons Huxley and Grayson. Together they find solace in 4WD camping, exploring beaches, and discovering the beauty of nature. He’s also an avid scuba diver and shares a love for mixed martial arts and cryptocurrency.

Lily brings over 35 years of banking experience gained through numerous roles at one of Australia’s leading banks. Throughout her career, she has built strong, long-term relationships with clients and is known for her trusted advice, leadership, and commitment to delivering practical financial solutions. Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and takes pride in helping clients achieve lasting financial outcomes.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. Proud of her Egyptian heritage, she loves travelling to Egypt, and her cultural background inspires her curiosity and open-minded approach to both life and work.

Mark has over 17 years of experience in banking, including extensive work in SME and retail banking in the Philippines. His previous roles have helped him develop strong capabilities in financial analysis and relationship management.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys expressing his creativity through music, playing table tennis, and taking on DIY projects. He’s also an avid gamer and a proud anime fan. Above all, Mark values spending quality time with his wife, Hannah, and their children, Isaac and Seth, who continue to inspire and motivate him.
